With a nationwide community of over 2500 highly trained auditors, the majority of whom are aged 16-24, they offer a great value Customer Experience Allergen Audit (CEAA) service allowing your business to monitor and improve staff performance around allergen compliance and information delivery.

The age range of Serve Legal’s auditors represents the high risk age group for allergen safety and the audit process focuses on two areas; compliance with company allergen policy, and customer experience of information delivery.

The CEAA was developed in collaboration with an experienced EHO and has been fully endorsed by their local Trading Standards Primary Authority.

Serve Legal recognise the need for businesses to have confidence in their allergen policies, specially if they are affected by Natasha’s Law which comes into force on 1st  October 2021, the CEAA audit program can provide this reassurance.’
