We offer  a full day level 3 accredited course for staff involved in a supervisory or management role within the food service industry, providing a solid overview of the impact of food food allergens, and how to identify and control risks and how to implement practical allergen management techniques including communicating with confidence

Level 2

A half day food allergen awareness course suited for all food handlers, staff involved in the preparation, and serving of food and drinks, to get a base understanding and knowledge as appropriate to their role.
